Unit information: Size is one-bedroom, one-bath, approximately 576 square feet, with kitchen, dining room and living room. Located on the second floor of a two-story building (built in 1964, no elevator). Building is concrete block and brick, with composition roof. Kitchen and bath floors are relatively new vinyl (by previous owner). Floors were rebuilt with screws and 3/4-in plywood, with new pads and carpet (June 2007). All walls painted with flat or semi-gloss white. New air-conditioning and heating unit (2005). There is a large double bedroom closet and a large divided hall closet (with the water heater). The lanai was rebuilt in October 2007 and was prepaid by the owner; it is screened, with sliding aluminum doors with plastic windows. External storage closet (4x4x8 ft) on entrance walkway. One parking spot (#9) reserved in front for owner, with visitor parking lot around the corner for other cars. Pricing: $74,500.00 Owner cannot carry contract.
