Listing Information
Listing information, such as the address you are trying to list, is defined as information that is provided when a user signs up to list his/her property on our Web site. In order to provide the maximum exposure for properties listed on our site, Fizber.com has formed partnerships with many other listing services on major Internet portals and other sites. These partners are provided with your listing information so that your property can be viewed with some detail on our partners' sites. When your listing information is received by Fizber.com, your listing contact information is automatically transferred to our partners' sites on a daily basis. If you request address specific products or services we will transfer your listing contact information as required by vendors, unless you specify otherwise. All customers are provided with the option of withholding the posting of any listing contact information.

When purchasing a product or service from our website, you will be transferred to one of our partnership sites that are not located on our domain. These partnership sites will process your credit card and shipping information for us. While we do not collect your credit card information, we do collect your shipping information and will share that information with our shipping service provider. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. The credit card information our service providers collect on our behalf will be SSL encrypted.

Tell a Friend: If you choose to use our tell-a-friend service to email a friend about our site, or a home listing on our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him/her to visit the site. This information is not used for any other purposes.

Another service provider of ours hosts a function that allows our users to compare and profile different neighborhoods and cities. This is essentially a website being framed within our website. There are areas of this framed site that allow users to input personal information. The information submitted here is collected by our service provider and is not governed by this privacy statement. The service provider page that is framed by our site can be identified by its branding, “Sperling's Best Places” located at bestplaces.net.

We use a third party service provider to host our live chat services.

Blogs, Forum, Social Network and Testimonials
If you use a blog, post a testimonial on Fizber.com, use the chat room and social network on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Fizber.foreclosure.com is a private label website under the Limited License and Revenue Share Agreement with Foreclosure.com, effective as of May 27, 2008. Third Party Advertisers
The ads appearing on this Web site are delivered to users by Google Adsense, our advertising partner.   We share Web site usage information about users with a reputable third party Google Adsense for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements on this site.
