My wife and I are moving to Sacramento, Ca. in April, 2009 to a 55+ community center. Due to our ages, I am 74 and my wife is 69, we want to be closer to our children and grandkids. We have lived in Montana for more than 30 years and have lived in this house since it was built in 1980. We don’t want to sell, but because our children do not want to move to Montana, we have decided to move there. Since there is a billiard room built just for a pool table, I will leave the pool table to the new owner. Roofing was completely replaced in 2004. A new glass front door and new carpeting was replaced in September, 2008.
