Home is a fixer upper and needs some tlc, selling "as is". New in 1999: 25 yr. shingled roof, heat pump, breaker box. Hardwood floors (need refinished/carpet), laundry room (needs finished), small pantry (3x6, this is the only room in the house that may contain lead paint.), 3+ bedrooms, large bathroom (was redone in 2002, needs new linoleum put down, which is a cobble stone look), Living room is ready for paint (as you can see). You can see into what I call "bedroom 1" (which is more like an office space)from one of these photos. I think if a person sanded down the texture on the walls, they would be ready for paint. The 3 upstairs bedrooms need more remodeling than this room. Kitchen was new in 2002, but could use a touch up on paint. The stair way is a really nice woodwork, that needs a bit of tlc). Overall, it's liveable. And I can be out the door in less than 2 days after it's finalized.Would make a good home or rental. I couldn't imagine repairs going over $5,000 for a do-it-yourselfer, but I'm no expert. Sorry, I can't put more pics on here. So I tried, to the best of my ability, to describe it honestly.
