This very peaceful home, located a quarter mile from the banks of the Rio Grande River, is in historic and animal-friendly Corrales Village, New Mexico. The property taxes are very low. The rest of the country's real estate values have been in decline, while the Albuquerque/Santa Fe area experienced a steady rise in real estate values, with a strong prediction of five more years of rising values, especially on the west side of Albuquerque.
