Our 2400 square foot house sits on an acre of wooded land. The backyard is fenced in. The is a private lake of which we have a winter view. Also for homeowners and thier guests are recreational facilities including a dock, paddle boat, tennis courts and a picnic area. It has been our sole, year round residence however the previous owners used it as a second home. It is ideal for either situation. The taxes, insurance and utilities are low.
