Resolved Question: What do you miss and least about high school?

I miss the closeness of my good friends, but NOT the drama. *class of 1985, Canyon High School, Anaheim, CA* I meant, miss *most* and least... Gah-- that means its time for bed for this Pooh Lady... Quelle Horreur: Wow. You are still living high school, aren't you, my dear? And yep, I do weigh more than my high school years, but guess what? That's what happens when you get thyroid cancer. Now don't you feel good about yourself?

Resolved Question: how much does it cost for traffic violation in los angeles county?

I completely forgot there was camera that take pictures of your license plate on laurel canyon in north Hollywood, ca. I was making a left turn and I think it was barely yellow and turned red. I still made a left anyways. I just got my license and I have no traffic violations and I didn't see a flash when they take a picture of your license plate. How much does it cost to pay a traffic violation if i did get one?

Resolved Question: What Are The Ultimate Road Trip Destinations?

I am planning a post college graduation road trip of epic proportions. I live in Houston and am planning to head west through Cali, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, and maybe Washington State. I do not mind driving at all so time in the ca is not a factor. I would rather camp than stay in a motel, but an occasional city stop is desired. Are there any must see places (excluding the obvious Grand Canyon)? Any place that you felt was a truly amazing sight? And any scenic highways to take? Thanks I want to stay ...

Resolved Question: Advice on Nevada / Arizona / Southern CA in Jan/Feb?

My Husband and I are planning a big trip to America in Jan / Feb. We are spending some time in NY, then flying to Florida and spending a couple of weeks there, but, we did want to do a little trip of the Nevada/Arizona/CA area but are unsure of exactly what the weather will be like and what will be closed. We thought that by sticking as south as possible that we have more chance of nicer weather so, probably starting in San Diego and making our way to Las Vegas via , Tucson,Phoenix, to the South Rim ... We thought that by sticking as south as possible that we have more chance of nicer weather so, probably starting in San Diego and making our way to Las Vegas via , Tucson,Phoenix, to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (I heard the North is closed at that time of year) and then onto Las Vegas. Can someone firstly tell me how warm and sunny it will be, i.e. i didnt imagine going to this area in a cold, dull and rainy atmosphere! Also, will the roads be really lonely and quiet or in this area are there plenty of gas stations and diners and towns along the way? I have visions of breaking down and not being found for days!!! Any truthful advice would be great, its been a dream of mine to visit this area, and although i would have preferred to have visited in hotter climes, an opportunity has arisen for me to go in Jan / Feb and I just want to be sure that it isnt going to ruin my anticipation of what such a trip should be like. Resolved Question: Out of state transfers to a UC or CSU?

I just moved to South Carolina from Tustin, CA. Back home I was enrolled in Santiago Canyon College (nursing major) with hopes of tranferring to a UC or CSU. Now that I'm studying at Greenville Technical College in South Carolina (against my will), I'm wondering if it's still possible for me to transfer to a UC or CSU from out of state? Or am I just completely fucked? Is there anyway to find out what general ed reqs I need to transfer to Cal State Long Beach or University of San Francisco? I can't find it ...
