I'm drivin on Grand Ave. im my town Grover beach Ca. and this chick and her friend ridiculously cut me off, at the next light i said to them Pay Attention?? I stopped infront of them, pu my jeep in park and got out of he car in the middle of the intersection Wow i was heated I went right to the driver window and aske the chicks what there excuse was I may be chunky but I am still cute they are both skinny and butt ass ugly so anyway i am standing infront of there expedition and im calling them both on!!! The bitch now thinks she is going to ac like she is going to hit me with her expedition i told her to bring it mind you they have there windows roled up and there doors locked still running there mouths and at the same time they are flickin there toungs at me like a pair of hoes!!! Then i notice that there is a little girl in the back seat sleepin through all of this I told them they were lucky threr was a child in the car and i would catch them next time around i hit my street that i live on i look over and as they pass me the driver has her haggered ass tits out and she is jigglin and still running her mouth stupid hoes!!! Did over react??? How come everytime i get into a confrontation with someone they imediatly hit the fat button???? I am gonna end up hurting some one over this shit!!! Resolved Question: Child Seat Belt Ticket Caslif. not justified?

While on vacation in Calif in March, I was pulled over in Grover Beach. The officer said it was because my passenger (15 11/12th yr. old son) was not wearing his seat belt. HE WAS! It had been on the whole 200 mile trip!. The officer only continued to say, "It didn't look like it was on to me". I felt as though I was being called a liar. The fine is $391.00! Is there any way that I would be able to prevail by using the Trial by Written Declaration method. It the officer's word ... View All
