- 19 Nov 2009I stopped in Ludlow yesterday with one of the original founder's granddaughters. It's a very small town but can be built-up again. Some of the original homes are still standing and could be fixed-up. In fact, the town could use a make-over to it's former glory. Bet more people would stop by as it could be a small tourist spot. Anyways, It's neat for me to know someone who's family started a town here in California. If someone could put in a chocolate store or a neat fruit stand bet more folk would come by. The hotel is real busy-We were happy that they are doing such good business. I understand that it's a very small population yet the folks are very nice and helpful. Stop by Ludlow when you can.
