With all this erroneous talk about presumptive President-Elect Barrack Obama's citizenship, IJR got to wondering. The Constitution states that no one ca be elected who was not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN of the United States. Are people born in Territories considered Natural Born Citizens? Anyone born after 1959 in AK or HI would be, because they were states after that. But what about some Alaskan or Hawaiian born in 1940? Their state wasn't a state yet.
