Resolved Question: Does anybody know of a good midwife in the Tarzana, CA or Woodland Hills, CA area?

We have a breech baby at 37 weeks along and our OB is really disappointing us, wanting to do a c-section now when the baby is perfectly fine and may still turn (she is petite, at just over 5 pounds right now). We just really want to get a second opinion from a midwife, as they seem to want you to be able to succeed with a vaginal birth before directing you to go under the knife. I am not really trying to find someone who will do a breech vaginal birth, I just want some good, honest advice with no dollar signs at the center of the matter. Just to reiterate... I am not looking for a midwife to delivery a breech. I just want someone to give us another opinion on the situation because all I get from my OB are reasons why I should schedule a C-section. It would be interesting to find out if there are any midwives who do external cephalic versions as well, or if we always have to find a perinatologist to do this procedure (a preocedure where they attempt to turn the baby).  BTW Exxon is selling off their gas stations in the US today, all 4000 of them, will this cause the price to rise further or fall?
