- 20 Apr 2009I have lived in my west end neighborhood since 1976. There have been many changes and they haven't been for the better. It is pretty bad when the working people can't get any sleep due to loud noise & profanity from an apartment building nearby. When our loan is ok'ed we are out of here. You can have your west end project. What a shame!!!!!
