Voting Question: Anyone live in the Annapolis MD, Bay Bridge Arnold Area?

I live in PA and want to get an idea of the cost of living in the area is. My husband and I plan to move there in about two years and I heard it is pricey. He works for Amtrak so we need to be in that area (we live in PA now) I will be making approx. 60 thousand a year, and him about 70-100 thousand. I am unsure on how to determine what we can afford housing wise when our incomes are that amount.

My husband and I are having our first baby in August, and we are trying to decide if we want to use a doula. We don't have much money to spare, even though we're using Special Beginnings birth center in Arnold, MD.
