West Linn is a city in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States. Now a prosperous southern suburb of Portland, West Linn has a history of early development, prompted by the opportunity to harvest energy from the Willamette Falls. It was named after Senator Dr. Lewis Fields Linn of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, who had advocated the American occupation of Oregon as a counterclaim to the British. As of the 2000 census, the city had a population of 22,261. The 2006 estimate is 24,180 residents.[1] more about West Linn, OR

My daughter is 13 and we've tried a couple of opticians, but she is very squeemish and needs someone patient and very nice (and good!). She wants contacts but we haven't found a place where they seem nice or even good! Does anyone know of any GREAT (not good, great) opticians in Portland, Clackamas, Wilsonville, Tualatin or West Linn? Thanks! And we'd prefer a woman but if you know of a great nice guy that'd be good too.

My husbad and I are looking for a Christian or nondenominational church in the South Portland area. We are in the West Linn area. In our mid 20's. Rolling Hills is too big and the people seem to be going to church to make an appearance and to say they go to church. Any other suggestions though? Thanks
