Bensalem City Opinion
- 19 Jan 2009Bensalem is a wonderful place to live. Everything you could possibly need is all within easy reach, and you are also within easy drive of the beach, winter sports, Philadelphia and NYC. Most neighborhoods are relatively quiet and well established, and it has not quite yet lost that hometown feel. Traffic has become more bothersome, due to the casino and horse-racing track, but it seems to be very centrally located around the facility, and commute hour, sadly, can be bad anywhere. There is diversity in the population, and that too seems to work well. There are free concerts and festivals during the summer. A lot of town spirit lives here, and the kids are still somewhat respectful. A nice place to have a home.
