Voting Question: How can I located someone in the US-Navy?
I have been searching for a good friend that was stationed on Roosevelt Roads Naval Base in Ceiba, PR. We lost contact after my move. I have tried all the search engines to no avail. The last I heard of him he was stationed some where in California. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Resolved Question: Looking into moving to Puerto Rico.?
My husband is in the Navy and he might be receiving orders to go to PR. I speak fluent spanish and would like to get as much info as possible on moving there, like housing, culture, crime rate, education (I have an 11y/o). I believe the base is in Ceiba so I don't know which towns would be good to look for houses.

I live in a town in Puerto Rico(CEIBA, You can look it up) for 3 years now. Let's see how I present this without sounding greedy. I am relatively well off. My mortgage is paid for and I am retired. I don't know what will happen to these people and I will like to help. There is nothing in this town. I started by starting a soccer league and kids are coming. We already have 124 kids. I this results I will be doing a web page called aboutceiba.com just to show what I have done. I already have space on the web I just need to change the name. Right now I don't use the space for anything. Believe it or not this is a very good cause and you will be proud. 10 cents is enough.
Lex Camacho. Do you know how many times I have tried to speak to him. Alhe says is YES , YES, YES and then nothing, And it's not only the soccer it's the hole town. Puerto Rico is controlled by just a few. That is what I want to change. Another thing Puertoricans are not nice with themselves and are to fanatical when it comes to politics. Close All
