- 15 Dec 2008First Monday after the snow of 3" to 4" just unbeliveable the mess the city streets were. Even at 11am. After going to city hall I was told that Oakes was a State problem! I guess that includes 12th, Commercial, R, D, etc. At 5pm coming back into town it was'nt a whole lot better.
