Due to a job offer, we have decided to sell our home. We have a 1618 square foot ranch that sits on .45 acres. We have redone this house from top to bottom, with very little left to do. This house has all of the original old woodwork in it. xa0I am also including a membership to the local swim and racqet club (1/2 mile away) with the sale.xa0 This is a great deal for the right people, we hate to sell it, but a job transfer is to blame.
