We have never bothered to go to the Seven Bays boat launch but yahoo map says 12 road miles. These 20 acres not only have trees as mentioned but they have basalt formations scattered throughout. This land has something that is missing in other parcels and that is the land has character and privacy. We have been approached by timber companies to pay us for the timber rights to selectively thin the property out. Another bonus if you might decide to pursue that option.Well, there you have it.
