Irongate is one of the best neighborhoods in Summerville. Sidewalks allow you to walk for miles in many directions and there is easy access to Sawmill Branch Trail. Irongate also has a community swimming pool and playground which is close by. House is situated on a large corner lot that emphasizes privacy. Lovely green front double doors (with glass storm doors) provide a very nice view out front. The living room has high ceilings which gives the house a nice feeling of open space. Two of our favorite areas are the room over the garage and the gazebo in the back. The gazebo, deck, flower garden, and walkway provide lovely things to look at from the house. Two full baths and three bedrooms are downstairs. Family room above the garage is heated and cooled by a split system Carrier unit. This would be a great playroom or teen bedroom. Very cozy! Master bedroom has a large cedar walk-in closet. Master bathtub and shower are new. Kitchen has granite counter tops, almost new dishwasher, and an excellent refrigerator. Garage has space for one car. Garage door opener controls are inside the garage and outside the garage on the wall. Also, two remote controls can be used to operate the garage door from your car! One garage door is controlled. The other door can be opened manually. There is space in the second garage parking area for a motorcycle or small boat. There is parking outside the garage in the drive way.
