Approximately 1/3 of the basement has been finished. There is a full attic, with floor and stairs. A large open front porch with 8 Grecian style columns and an enclosed back porch. All the windows (41) in the house have double hung, double pane, gas insulated vinyl windows - this includes the basement and attic. Garage is 24' x 40', 2 stories with a stairway, 2 stalls and a work shop. Room for 4 vehicles on the driveway. We had some Damage from the infamous Derecho wind storm in 2020 and repairs are still in process. The house and garage have received new roofs and house will be completely wrapped in new vinyl siding (should look very similar to to the photos) and new gutters, back porch rebuilt with new vinyl, double hung windows and the garage with vinyl siding and new gutters.
