Introduction on Home:
Home was built in 2005 and we are original owners. We built the home with PCH Builders, Nick Pancotto. Nick still lives in the area and we remain great friends to this day. He has always been available to answer any questions on the Home. We take deep pride in this house we built . We are both always available anytime to answer any questions. We have the Plat of Survey available along with original blue prints
We raised our 3 kids here and we now have 2 in college and the last one on the way soon, so we are listing our home for sale. Our kids all went through the school system in this town and it has been a terrific experience. Location wise we are on the border of Southeast Hinsdale so it is the best of both worlds. Our kids had the luxury of walking to all the schools they attended. The new Hinsdale Middle School is going to be state of the Art. At the High School parking is very limited, so walking is a true advantage.
The neighborhood and street is very safe. Street being East/West is nice because you don’t get as much traffic.
The Yard
The first attraction to this House for us was the yard. Land in Hinsdale is hard to come by and deep lots are very rare. We are fortunate enough here to have a 285 foot deep lot and it allowed us to build what we wanted for the kids. Back yard has a nice patio area with fireplace and we surrounded the West side with large Evergreens that all light up nicely at night. Beyond the patio we put the Sports Court on South end of Lot. The Court is 65 x 35. Our main use has been for Hockey over the winters as we put up the ice rink each season. The court is lit with all seasons waterproof dual LED light. There is also full power back there if interested in using a Real Chiller for the Ice Rink. I have connections that can install and take down the rink including storage.
In the summer court has ability to play basketball, roller blade, Volley ball or Tennis. A bit further south of Sports Court we have Pipes set for a full batting cage. I used to put it up in spring and take down in fall. It goes length of thee Sports Court. South of our lot there is only one house so beyond our fence area is wide open space.
For our Lawn Care we use Premier Landscaping. They do fantastic work and we are on an annual contract with them for Lawn Care/Flower Care. Our contact there is Alan Upstrom 630-962-4765. We also have a French Drain system in back yard to keep the water out of yard in case of heavier rains.
Front of Home
The Circle Driveway creates a great entrance to the house and the driveway extends all the way down to back of house, so great part is you do not see a driveway from street and it is very private. The landscaping going down the driveway is also ours. Lighting and Sprinkler System is handled by Rick Saban at 708-790-7900. He recently switched out all the exterior lights to LED. They are all on controlled Timers Dusk to Dawn. Interior of Home was already switched over to all LED Lights. Driveway is Brick Paver all the way back including Patio and walkway to Sports Court
First Floor
There is a 2 Story Foyer you see when entering home and we have wood floors throughout home. Living Room and Dining Room are there as you enter and they Study is also just off to the right. The Study is a beautiful room with 20 foot ceilings with Wood walls and Ceilings throughout along with Fireplace and Side Door to a front patio area. The room is set for full Ethernet connections to basement and the control screen for Security Cameras is above the main desk. Security is provided by Electronic Options and they have been servicing house since we built it so they can answer any questions. We recently upgraded the system so you can view remotely anytime .Cameras cover front, back, side and main hallway. Alarm can also be turned on remotely.
Electronic Options is James Galla. 630-202-0830. We are good friends and they take great care of this house. They also take care of the Stereo Controls, Speakers, Sonance Speakers in gym and the Movie Room (We recently updated the Projector to a new Higher Definition Picture)

Kitchen includes a wet bar all Viking appliances, 2 dishwashers, and fridge in Island and walk in Pantry. We have used ABT Electronics for all our home needs. The furniture in this room is available for sale too. There is a side entrance to kitchen area that has the Gas Grill right there for easy cooking.
Family Room
The Family Room looks out to back yard and we made that room able to open up to outside porch area that sits above the yard. There is also a side sun room that we keep open year round. Everything in this room is also available for sale if interested and same for Sun Room.
2nd Floor
This level covers 4 Bedrooms including the Master. All of the rooms are spacious with their own Private Bathroom. The Master has a very large Bathroom with Hot Tub, Steam Shower and the room also has a side porch balcony and Fireplace. Heated Floors in Bathroom.
The Guest bedroom also has a balcony overlooking front of house. All the furniture on this level and 3rd level are also available for purchase if interested
3rdd Floor
This level contains a desk area and 2 more bedrooms. There is a full bathroom on this level. We have used it for 1 bedroom and then a loft area.
Basement is fully furnished. Includes a private gym area with TV/ Sonance Stereo System. The equipment in here is available for purchase if interested. Private Glass Door entrance and Mirrored Walls. Weight Rack, Boxing Bag, Rowing Machine, Bike and Squat Rack System
The Movie Room is two tiered with nice seating .As noted this room was recently updated with New HD Projector. Includes Apple TV, Sonance System DVR and Stereo System
There is Bar in basement with Fridge and a Wine Cellar that holds 1000 bottles,. The floor is also heated down here.
There is a large Family Room in basement with a nice open Area. Every thing down here is also available for purchase including the Video Games.
There are two Furnace Rooms down there along with Full Bathroom and two large storage closets
The Sump Pumps are located in the Gym Cabinet and they are set with Battery Back Up system and Alarm. System works great. Also recently had them put in new Septic Pump just to be safe
