Most of the homes in this neighborhood don't have a garage and if they do, it is a small one car garage at most. There is a 10'x20' shed in the back yard that meets county requirements. This home has significant curb appeal especially among the other homes in the neighborhood. The entire exterior and interior were repainted during the addition. All of the windows in the home were replaced during the addition except 4. All of the interior and exterior doors were replaced during the addition. The home is in the middle of the largest Ponderosa Pine Forest in the world and this neighborhood receives 10' of snow a winter on average. The original part of the home is on a crawlspace and all of the added rooms are on concrete slab.
