The neighborhood here is neat, quiet and safe. Cherry Tree Court is not part of Midlane Golf Resort neighborhoods, but instead is a small cul-de-sac of 6 custom homes (privately built at different times); therefore there are no neighborhood dues of any kind. It's so great living next door to the Resort grounds, as they are kept up spectacularly I can pop over for 9 holes or a cold beer and friendly conversation any time. The Lake County Forest Preserve District is opening a brand new huge dog park less than half a mile up the road from this house, which is so great if you have a dog who loves to run and play with other dogs! There is another wonderful forest preserve just 1/4 mile away with lovely meadowed walking paths with a 1, 2 or 3-mile distance, also good for biking, snowmobiling and horseback-riding. Kenosha is 15 minutes north, up Route 41/I-94, with Costco, Woodman's Food Market and way more great restaurants and pubs, plus Lake Michigan, of course. I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the 16+-years I've lived here in this amazing home...and you most certainly will too!
