OVERVIEW

Beautiful two bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood that comes completely furnished. Everything you need to start enjoying this nice comfortable home is already there. This includes a stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave oven, toaster oven and dining table with chairs in the kitchen. Also the kitchen has beautiful handmade knotty pine cabinets. There are even dishes and glasses in the cabinets. The bedrooms have beds, dressers, chest of drawers and built in closets. The living room has a sofa, love seat, coffee table, comfortable chairs, book cases and a wide screen TV that works!
The home sits on two city lots and has a wooden privacy fence on three sides. It includes a wrap around covered area that serves as a two car carport and a covered back area with wooden storage cabinets. There are three large pecan trees that provide shade in the summer plus a nice crop of pecans in the fall. The concrete block construction on a concrete pad plus the shade of these trees makes this home very easy to cool in the summer.
The home has central heat and air plus the option of using the built in electric wall heaters or a wall mounted natural gas heater. Three different methods of heating?four if you count the chimney for the addition of a wood burning stove.
Also included is a large 24 ft. X 20 ft. shop with a concrete floor, work benches and a metal roof. There is electrical power and lighting in the shop and even a chimney for a wood burning stove should you desire to heat that way. The shop has an additional covered shed on the back over a concrete floor that extends 12 more feet behind the 20 foot wide shop building. The man of the house will love this shop area that has almost as much floor space as the house itself (480 sq. ft. of shop plus 240 sq. ft. of shed). This is awesome guys.
Overall this home is ready to go and would be an ideal home for someone just starting out in life or for someone wanting to downsize from a larger home.

Thank you for viewing.

This is the home I grew up in. It was built by my father who was a Master Craftsman, Cabinet Maker and Stonemason. He built this house to raise his family in with low maintenance in mind. It is built like a tank with 4X6 rafters and 4X8 Joist in the roof. Although it is a rather small home, my Dad built a pull down ladder to access a large attic area for storage. Plus he made closets that cover a whole wall in one of the bedrooms. This makes for ample storage space to leave the living area uncluttered. It made us a wonderful happy home with many good memories associated with it.
