OVERVIEW

Time to move to a simpler life, age has been sneaking up on me and I need to slow down so moving to a senior residential area while I can still point a finger and tell someone to hang the pictures as I would like them, so it's time to sell out and move on, I love living here, what serenity!
On Rte 66, just north of Kingman, Az 4.5 miles, mountains all around, originally a 14x64 mobile with a 12x64 addition that I built in 2008, solar heat, that is all you need down to the mid 30's then you have either electric or propane to add a little heat and solar cooling also that brings the house down to 79 degrees in the summer then you click on AC.
The garage/workshop will hold 5 cars, the sunshades will hold 3 motor homes, and 3 cars or boats, side by sides, etc.
Ride in and sold lots of boats, motorcycles, atv's, side by sides, lots, I loved the motorcycles when younger now side by sides don't fall over so easy, lots of riding here, I have a back fence gate and when you open it there is 6.25 miles straight across the valley behind the house to your neighbor out the back, yes, 6.25 miles from the back door neighbor.
Out front across rte 66 a few hundred feet is a railroad track, beyond the track out front it is 2 miles to the nearest neighbor, yes 2 miles.
Now side by side, to the north my neighbor lives about 250 feet to his property line and to the south there is a 100 foot property vacant between my house property and the neighbor to the south, which is for sale also.
You can live here just 5 miles from town on rte 66 and make a living if you like or just enjoy the view, pretty great from here, mountains all around and not much population out this way, pretty quiet.

I have been selling all sorts items here for about 18 years now, lots of oddball stuff, from boats, steel, aluminum, trucks, boat trailers, flatbed trailers, truck tops, rarely a car, outboard motors, and other odd ball stuff, and occasionally repair something for someone broken down on the Mother Road, usually I fix broken things for travelers free for people on vacation, they are having a good time I hope, we sure enjoy our time fishing around the country.
My wife passed 2 1/4 years ago and its time for me to move to a smaller place that is a bit easier for me to take care of, am thinking of the Yuma area or maybe Phoenix area, not sure yet.
I am working on some nice interior pictures of the house and other amenities, just a little slow at times.
There is another room, currently for my hot tub, really helps my old muscles relax, it is 12 x 19 and could be made into a room for another use easily.
