PS The construction of this house is so advanced. The walls and ceilings are double drywall. The windows were state of the art when this house was built (with double panes; gas filled Anderson). Granite tiles were installed on the counters in a large kitchen The huge living room has a cedar closet and beautiful windows that overlook a superb birding area with over a hundred trees that attract birds with beautiful plantings all around. The dining room seats more than twenty people with additional seating for more than 10 people with a set of french doors opening that connects the dining areas. The laundry area was moved from the basement to the main floor equidistant between all four large bedrooms for wonderful convenience!
