Very good solid built house that has lots of room. Need to see to really appreciate it. Has a new roof through a company that guarantees it for 30 years. Warranty stays with the house. I have the paperwork which will help for a lower house insurance. Has a one car attached garage and a 2 car detached garage. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove will stay. House is heated by propane.
