I acquired this house in September 2019 I have been working on it for years now... it was supposed to be a project home that I planned on finishing out my life in however my life has gone a different way now and ive decided to sell it "as is"...
I have done alot to this house...
I fixed the basement and its now got a 12inch thick waterproof wall...
I have fixed and installed a new metal roof...
I have completed gutted the upstairs and had new electricity ran its got a new amp box with new fuses...
I have had the water gone through and its currently a mix of copper and pex... I also installed a new water line to the house new water heater rheem brand
I tore out most of the old fiberglass insulation and installed mineral wool insulation... there still needs more insulation in the roof and a few pieces in the walls but I have the pieces there in the bag to use...
There are ptac units in every room for heating and cooling... 1 unit need to be replaced and the unit in the living room was purchased new in 2024.
There is several broken windows in the first bedroom and the living room that needs to be replaced and in the 3rd bedroom.
Needs new flooring...
Needs new drywall or your choice of what you want to do with it as the new owner... ive got some walls started with pone tongue and groove but needs finishing
