2-3 bedroom house (currently using 3rd bedroom as storage w/ clothes bars on 3 walls). In past 8 years has had new roof and siding, new dishwasher, new OH garage door, new showers/tubs, and new pool house to completely enclose pool/outdoor bar area (1500 Sq ft) with window unit heating and cooling.
