The home is currently being remodeled. It has been total gutted to the studs. Currently new electrical is being put in and waiting for the rough in inspection for the electrical service. Once complete the house will also have all new plumbing and all new HVAC. The house used to be a 3 bed 1 bath. It has been reframed for 4 bed 2 bath. The rooms will have carpet installed. The living, dining room and kitchen will have vinyl floors installed. The kitchen will have all new cabinets and will also have an island. The ceilings in the entire house are 10 feet. A new roof was put on 2 years ago. New windows and doors have been installed. The house also has new siding. There will also be a deck build on the back of the house.
