This home is set on a corner and has a lot and a half. I have room sizes and will post them soon. I have replaced half of the windows with triple pane windows. The roof was replaced with metal in 2016. The porch and deck are less than 2 years old. The AC unit was replaced in 2015. The stove, dish washer and refrigerator stays with the house. There is an 8X12 building outside. the building needs some work. There are two school districts accessible. The hospital is less than 10 minutes away. The house is located on a dead-end street. The driveway is asphalt.
