This duplex is in a prime rental location. It’s close to the U of R, Strong Hospital, RIT, Rochester AirPort and Wegmans Warehouse. Every time I list it for rent I get over 30 applicants. The total rent for both units is over $3000 a month. I did not renew the leases of both tenants so I could do some remodeling and paint the whole inside.
