It’s 3 beds 1 Bath
We have done some updates to it.
• We put a fence around the yard
• The gate to the fence is brand new. We just finished that Saturday but the fence it’s self is almost 2 years old the gate we had on it needed fix.
• We just put in more insulation in the attic last summer
• some of the plumbing is new
• Water heater is brand new we had to replace it at the end of March
• Most of the window units are new
• All ceiling fans are only 1-2 year old
• recently new paint all in the inside
• New flooring, Baseboards, and Trim
• New Bathroom Vanity
