I personally finished the basement with complete insulation which really helps and did some upgrades on this house where it needed it. Built a deck for the backyard and had a company install the fencing with gates on all sides for easy access. Great yard and house for kids. Basement has an office and a bedroom which we use for a workout room at the moment. And some more storage area down in the basement. The garage has an epoxy floor to help protect it. The kitchen was completed a few years ago where we painted the cabinets white and added the backsplash and some color.
