A strong house its got new metal roof that was put 4 years ago so still plenty of life also had a tree hanging over the house that was cut down so damages could be caused to the roof or house its self I painting the inside of the house also inside of the garage its got remodeled the kitchen put in a wooden butcher block island top in new counter tops new dishwasher new installed microwave above the stove. The oven dont work so will need new element or if you want a new one. But strong home no mold no roof leaks great floors. May just need another person touch on little things
