Hi there, I'm Artie Regan and THIS condo has been good/GREAT Luck ... for me! I've owned it since 1992 and it's (now) time for someone else to experience the unit's energy. The pictures were taken within the last 4 weeks. I'm about to start a multi-month renovation of the unit, however, IF someone makes me an offer I can't refuse, I am willing to sell it before doing the renovations.
