I have recently did some updates.I went ahead and updated all the electrical wires.All the electrical throughout the entire house, I have also update it to plumbing system. I have also changed it from gas to electric with hvac unit. It does have a gas water heater but the stove is now electric Vs gas. I also installed a shower in the home. It is a quiet neighborhood. And it's all so located near downtown area, close by the market and a grocery store.
