My home was completed in 2024. It’s a 2 bedroom with a loft upstairs, 1.5 baths, big laundry room or extra storage are down stairs. It’s a nice , quiet neighborhood, I’ve loved living here. Hoa fees include trash, mowing, landscaping and snow removal. Had my appraised a few months ago it came back at 250,000.
