This was my late uncle's home. Pictures are as of 1/22. We are in the process of having the drywall repaired and the house painted, but will reduce price if you'd like to do it yourself. The kitchen was prepped for a complete rehab and lighting is installed, but he died before completing the project. The carpet has been removed and the floor is ready for whatever you would like to install. The electric beds should be gone by 1/27. AC is new, within a year. Water heater is in good shape but dated 2003. Appliances included. Nice new vinyl privacy fence. Irrigation system installed but non-functioning as of now, We will consider all offers.
