How much do I save with Fizber.com?
About 6% of your home selling price. Here's why:
Sellers save the 6% Real Estate Broker/Agent commission. On a home of $500,000, this 6% commission comes to $30,000. But, this 6% is deducted, after paying the closing costs, and paying off the bank. Let's say it costs $300,000 to pay off your mortgage and all closing costs.
What's left from your $500,000 sale price is $200,000. Then deduct $30,000. The 6% of the sales price turns out to be 15% of your money. You're left with just $170,000. That's why more and more people are selling their homes themselves.
