Click on Sell a Home to create your free listing and begin entering your property information. You will be able to preview your listing info to make changes prior to completion. You will then have the opportunity to add photos and property details. Once you have done this, your Listing will be complete. Within 24-48 hours of completion, your Digital Property Brochure and Listing Video will be ready to share!

Yes. You can make any changes you like, at any time, by logging into your Fizber account at any time. You can change descriptions or the photos. You can advertise upcoming open houses. You are in control of your listing and all changes happen in real time and will appear immediately.

Your Fizber listing agreement is good until sold (except Basic listing package which is good for a month).
Click the My Fizber button at the top of any page and sign in. Click on the property address you would like to edit and then click “Edit”. From here you can make any changes and add or remove photos.
This is done to optimize your listing. By optimizing your Listing title and description you are increasing your chances of being noticed by potential buyers while they are searching for homes on the search engines (Google, Yahoo!, and Bing)
