Your Listing can stay on Fizber until it is sold! If you would like access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) you can purchase that service in the Fizber Store. Your home will be listed on the MLS for six months.

Fizber offers a Money-Back Guarantee. If you purchase either the MLS option and/or the Sign Package option and do not go into escrow for the sale of your home within 90 days, Fizber will introduce you to a Fizber-approved local real estate agent and refund your money upon closing with this real estate agent. The guarantee applies to home sellers that were unsuccessful in selling their home without a real estate agent. It does not apply to those home sellers that purchased the "Closing Guru" package.
